Job summary An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Clinical Governance Coordinator to join the InHealth Team, on a full-time permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, working 1 day per week from our office in Beaconsfield. The Clinical Governance Coordinator supports InHealths goal to make healthcare better through the provision of governance support to the Clinical Quality Team. Working collaboratively with colleagues, they support the delivery and administration of clinical governance activities, facilitating group-wide assurance and regulatory compliance. This includes quality governance administration, regulatory submissions e.g., CQC notifications, safety alert management, and day-to-day governance support for Operational Teams. As part of the Clinical Quality Team, the Clinical Governance Coordinator also supports the delivery of ad hoc initiatives that champion patient safety, quality improvement, and the delivery of high-quality clinical care. Main duties of the job Provide diligent administration that supports accreditation requirements and regulatory compliance e.g., Accreditation submissions, statutory notifications to regulators. Facilitate clinical assurance through effective management of the governance calendar and co-ordination of governance forums and committees. Support the management of the Clinical Quality shared inbox, ensuring appropriate referral and escalation to Business Partners and Subject Matter Experts. Provide effective administrative support to the Clinical Quality Team. Facilitate the creation of accurate, high-quality governance reports that meet internal and external requirements.
