Are you a recent UK based Psychology, Childhood Studies or Youth Work graduate eager to gain first-hand Teaching Assistant experience in a wonderful primary school setting?
In this role as a Teaching Assistant, the successful candidate will be required to provide individual and small group support to children inside of a KS1 & KS2 SEN department following carefully structured EHCP plans in a full-time role.
Teaching Assistant - Role Information:
1. Providing 1:1 & small group support to KS1 & KS2 students with SEN
2. Following carefully structured EHCP support
3. Conducting engaging and inspiring learning support sessions
4. Paid £460 per week during term time only
5. Monday to Friday role with 08.30am - 15.30pm working hours
6. FREE online CPD courses: SEN, Safeguarding & Mental Health
7. January 2025 - July 2025 contracted role
Teaching Assistant - Applicant Requirements:
1. Minimum 2:1 UK based Psychology, Childhood Studies or Youth Work degree
2. Prior experience mentoring, tutoring or teaching required
3. Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
4. Strong organisation and communication skills
5. Passionate about the development of children and young people
