Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a solicitor or CILEX with: At least 3 years’ PQE in clinical negligence. Experience handling a mix of cases – from complex birth injury and misdiagnosis claims to dental and cosmetic negligence cases. A people-first mindset – the team is close-knit, so cultural fit is important. A strong client care focus, not just a target-driven approach.
