As an Executive Assistant, you will provide organisational and administrative support to our Chief Technology Officer and members of the Leadership team.
This is a hybrid role with a base office of either Nottingham or London, reporting into our Experian Consumer Services (UK&I) Chief Technology Officer.
Work that matters - What you'll be doing
* Complex diary management for SLT member and team.
* Inbox Management - Management of all communication for the Executive by filtering, reverting to others and responding to internal and external clients, ensuring correspondence and emails are distilled to those that require direct senior leadership responses.
* Prepare high quality reports and presentations for meetings/business reporting requirements and board reports.
* Process monthly expenses for the managers, purchase order invoices, payments, and receipts.
* Collaborate within the team to organise team workshops and 'All Hands' events, making inputs and suggestions to ensure the events are successful.
Qualifications
What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian
* Discretion and Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information which often comes across the Chief Technology Officer's desk. Maintain strict confidentiality in all communications and interactions.
* Can-Do Proactive Attitude: Identifies the needs of the CTO and team, solving problems and improving processes to ensure smooth operation.
* Team Player: Collaborates with colleagues and partners across the region, fostering a cooperative and supportive work environment, contributing to team success.
* Collaborative approach: Able to partner with other EAs within Experian and externally to ensure management and organisation of Board, Customer, Supplier, and Senior Leadership Meetings.
* Demonstrate high touch support: Supporting managers and the wider team with an autonomous approach.

* Excellent administration skills including diary management.
* Complete work to a high accuracy, always ensuring meetings are arranged within agreed timescales.
* Enthusiastic and motivated, demonstrating a flexible working practice and willing to get involved in everything during peak periods.
* High standard of IT skills.
