Main duties of the job
* Audio typing of patient's correspondence
* Electronic and paper diary management, Outlook diary management
* Answering the phone and dealing with sensitive information
* Point of contact from various departments in the hospital
* Adding patients onto the waiting list adhering to Referral to Treatment (RTT) targets
* Supervising Band 2 & 3 support secretaries
Highly organised and high attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.
