Service Readiness Manager (Telecoms)

Location: Reading (2 days per week in the office)
Are you an experienced Service Readiness Manager with a strong background in IP/ Transport services?
We're looking for a proactive professional to ensure seamless service design, implementation, and operational support.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Developing and enforcing the Service Design framework, covering:
SLAs & OLAs - Ensuring service level expectations are met
Service Definition & Catalogue - Clear documentation of offerings
Security Compliance - Aligning with industry standards
Operational Support Systems (OSS) - Ensuring smooth integration
Configuration Management - Establishing a robust baseline
Service Support Manuals & Policy Frameworks - Standardizing processes
Essential Skills & Experience:
Networking Knowledge - Routing, Switching, WANs, ISPs, Load Balancing
Cloud & Virtual Networks - Hardware appliance & virtual/cloud networking
Network Security - Firewalls, VPNs, Vulnerability Scanning, Proxies, SIEM/SOC
