Your Role and Responsibilities
You'll be at the heart of coordinating bespoke packages and personal budgets for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). On a typical day, you will:
* monitor requests for Bespoke Packages and Personal Budgets
* ensure processes align with guidance and policy
* contribute to SEND Decision Making Panels
* provide expert advice and guidance to service partners
* analyse data to review spending and activity
* collaborate with partner services to improve service delivery
We're looking for someone with:
* a graduate-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field
* in-depth knowledge of SEND legislation and best practices
* strong communication and interpersonal skills
* commitment to safeguarding children and young people
* ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

You'll join the SEND Services team, which works closely with families, schools, and professionals to support children and young people. We're dedicated to creating high-quality Education, Health and Care Plans and ensuring each child receives the support they need.
