Duration: Temporary role (6-12 weeks)
Location: Brownhills, Walsall
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 8:15 am – 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:15 am – 1:45 pm
Rate: £13.00 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and organized individual to join our team as a Temporary Receptionist/Admin Assistant. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Provide a welcoming and professional reception service for visitors and clients, both in-person and via phone or email.
2. Front Desk Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; manage appointments and direct inquiries appropriately.
3. Administration: Support the team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
4. Accounts Support: Assist with basic invoicing and accounts-related tasks under the supervision of the accounts team.
5. Office Coordination: Maintain a tidy and efficient reception area, order supplies, and support the team with ad hoc tasks as needed.
6. Diary Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Skills and Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable.
2. Strong customer service and communication skills.
3. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
4. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
5. A professional and friendly demeanor.
