Responsibilities
1. Support the development, customization, integration, and optimization of digital collaboration tools used across the organization;
2. Optimize SharePoint Integration: Improve the integration of SharePoint with Microsoft Teams to streamline collaboration and document management;
3. Power Platform Solutions: Develop Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards that improve business processes, streamline data flows, and automate repetitive tasks;
4. Customization and Configuration: Customize Microsoft Teams and SharePoint features to meet the specific needs of the organization while maintaining adherence to security and governance policies;
5. Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and documentation for end users and internal IT teams to ensure smooth adoption and long-term sustainability of the solutions;
6. Support and Maintenance: Provide post-implementation support to address issues, provide enhancements, and ensure solutions remain optimized and secure;
7. Collaborate with NAVSEA 03, PEO Digital, and Flank Speed to provide feedback as well as ensure CPA is aligned with any changes or updates needed;
8. Work closely with CPA staff to document and organize the content;
9. Function as a SharePoint and Teams web content manager;
10. Label, organize, and code files/content for filtering and tracking purposes;
11. Create site calendars, contact list, links, and other related components as needed;
12. Retrieve, organize and/or analyze data to support life-cycle maintenance and modernization efforts from various Government databases;
Requirements
1. Minimum of five years of professional experience within industry as a web designer.
2. Required Certifications:
* Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
* Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst
* Microsoft 365 Certified Teams Administrator Associate
* SharePoint Online Power User
1. Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
Preferred Requirements
1. SharePoint Site Collection & Site Administration.
