MAK Jobs is recruiting Contracts Recruitment Consultant ( Accounts Manager ) to join our team; you will be based in our modern Rugby office. You will be responsible to manage established industrial contracts. In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum, plus commission. You will need to be flexible with shift patterns when required Key Responsibilities: Resource, screen, and place candidates Understand clients hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and candidates Ensure a high level of service to meet client expectations and candidate satisfaction Utilise various recruitment channels including job boards and social media Working towards monthly/quarterly KPIs and revenue targets Updating internal records Prepare daily / weekly/ monthly KPI reports Respond promptly to client requests and queries, ensuring high levels of customer service Monitor and manage sickness and absences timely and accurate processing of timesheets for agency workers. Payroll Regularly update and maintain online job postings ( job boards and social media ) On call Any other the role associated duties About you: Proven experience in recruitment. Ideally within an industrial sector.
