Job Description
You're a good communicator who can identify problems before they happen.
When working with your customers, you work proactively in building relationships, rather than reactively fighting fires.
You also have an ability to know when to upsell, and when to just retain the customer.
You'll have the opportunity to be the third hire into a small customer success team.
Once they sales team has made the sale, you'll collaborate with the customer and make sure they're onboarded effectively.
You'll build a relationship through regular communication, ensuring they're getting the most use out of their software product.
When the times right, you'll have the option to upsell too to earn more commission.
You'll be building those relationships with people in the accounting industry - so senior executives and partners.
To be considered, you will need at least one years experience in a customer success role within the SaaS industry.
You'll also need to be someone who's accountable, organised and willing to solve customer related problems yourself.
You'll be fortunate enough to work in the office three days a week to create that buzz that's needed in a founding sales time.
