* We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader position working with a well-established organisation who provide Semi-Independent Accommodation to Local Authorities and Social Service departments. The service supports 16-to-18-year-olds in Gloucester, helping to prepare the young people for independent living. This is a dual role which includes front line support work combined with management duties, supervising a team of approximately 10 Support Workers.
