Salary: £20 to £24 per hour

About the Role
As a leading specialist in servicing and Accident Repair, Allied Vehicles Limited has gained a reputation for excellence. Good people are pivotal to our success. We are now recruiting for time-served, experienced Technicians, Senior Technicians, Master Technicians and Dual Branded Master Technicians (Ford + Peugeot, Citroen or Vauxhall) to join our award-winning team.
Main Duties
* Completion of good quality maintenance and repairs of customer vehicles, within given standard job times
* Carry out MOT to DVSA Guidelines, if applicable
* Specialise in diagnostics, efficient route cause analysis and repair
* Advise manager if additional work is required on vehicles and seek assistance from them in the rectification of any faults
* Maintain high levels of competence for work to be undertaken by taking part in on-site training, attending courses at suppliers and manufacturers and reading technical bulletins as required
* Discuss with customers any problems with their vehicles; ensuring that professionalism and quality of service is maintained throughout
* Maintain good housekeeping and health and safety practice
* Complete vehicle condition report sheets and job cards
Qualifications
* The ideal candidate will possess extensive motor trade experience and be proficient in diagnostic repairs. You will understand exactly what it takes to always deliver quality.
* An Apprenticeship In Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Level 3 City and Guilds or equivalent qualification is essential.
* A Master Technician qualification or MOT Testers qualification is desirable but not essential.
* A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
