RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a organisation that has charitable status as a not-for-profit organisation which provides educational and welfare-based courses with embedded list skills for young people, parents and parents-to-be. We promote partnership working with professionals from government, statutory, community and voluntary organisations.
This exciting role focuses on developing and delivering Family Learning courses to families across Herefordshire. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to deliver across Herefordshire Family Learning & Caring for Children courses to families & parents.
The successful candidate will offer support to participants to build their confidence, motivation, skills and promote bonding and attachment with their children. You will also be responsible for all associated paperwork and ensuring that it is contractually compliant and meets Awarding Body standards.

Relevant desirable qualifications and experience
* Teaching qualification
* Level 3 or above Early Years Qualification
* Level 2 maths & English
* Good administration skills
* Basic IT Skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel)
* Good understanding of various behaviours and strategies to cope/overcome barriers.
* Full UK Driving licence and own car

Part time (30 hours per week) Monday to Thursday term time only (39 weeks).
* This role requires travel across Herefordshire.
* Salary: £26,000 pro rata
