Contracts Manager - North Notts / South Yorks
A growing building contractor is searching for a Contracts Manager to join the expanding construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a company delivering award-winning projects ranging from 6m to 12m.

They have a full order book of work for 2025 and into 2026, and have plans to develop into commercial, industrial/logistics markets over the next 12 months.
The position would suit someone looking to make a 'real difference' to a growing business - working closely with the directors to deliver projects and improve operations. This is an office-based role where you would liaise with clients and the supply chain, visiting and supporting sites 1-2 days per week.
Requirements:
1. Experience delivering D&B projects as a Contracts Manager
2. Experience managing clients and project stakeholders
3. Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
4. SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid
Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Managing clients to ensure expectations are being met
2. Ensure works are being delivered to programme
3. Support site delivery teams across two sites
4. Provide technical expertise for new tenders

Salary & Benefits:
Competitive salary of 70,000 - 80,000 (DOE), Company Car or Car Allowance (5,000), Company Bonus Scheme (10%), Pension & Healthcare.
To qualify for the higher rate of pay, you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Contracts Manager with a Tier 1 or a Tier 2 Contractor.
