Job Title: Senior Night Care Worker
We are looking for a Senior Night Care Worker to provide leadership and support as a senior staff member within our service. You will manage a team, oversee the care provided to service users, and ensure high professional standards. Key responsibilities include assessing service needs, supervising staff, promoting equality, and ensuring effective communication.
In this role, you will assist with staff recruitment, training, and performance management while maintaining a supportive and safe environment for service users. You will also provide management cover when needed, lead daily devotions, and handle Health & Safety responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates should have an HNC in Social Care or SVQ 3 and be working towards a management qualification, with relevant experience and basic computer skills. As this role requires working within a Christian ethos, you must have a Christian faith. PVG Scheme membership and SSSC registration are required.
