Sports Coach Salary: £24,027 - £25,183 FTE (£18,313 - £19,197 We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sports Coach to join our team at Sunnyside Primary Academy, where we believe 'Every Child Can Shine'. This role is integral in delivering high-quality, inclusive sports coaching for our pupils, encompassing PPA coverage, structured lunchtime activities, and after-school sports provision. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons that support pupils' physical and mental development, aligning with the PE curriculum and fostering our value of Ambition. Provide structured and engaging lunchtime activities, ensuring a positive, active, and safe environment for all pupils, reflecting our commitment to Respect and Responsibility. Lead after-school sports clubs, promoting skill development, teamwork, and a lifelong love for sport, instilling Pride and Courage in our students. Encourage positive behaviour, high uniform standards, strong attendance, and a consistently outstanding attitude to learning, embodying our Sunnyside Standards. Build strong relationships with pupils and their families, keeping parents informed about their child’s progress and achievements, fostering a community grounded in Respect and Responsibility.
