Then we will look forward to meeting you Your responsibilities Deliver hands-on support to the Growth Engineering and Project Execution departments in all aspects of subcontracting engineering services, specifically specification & tendering incl. Quality Assurance (Supplier Quality & Tender Quality) Coordinate and support the external engineering demand planning in order to ensure required framework contracts are in place and appropriate workforce is available to be called off in quality, budget and time Help set-up informed buyer office (IBO) incl. developing/delivering pilot concept and lessons learned together with key stakeholder Provide market view to growth projects (supplier) to enable decision making in regards to ressourcing and manage strategic suppliers front-to-end Develop effective ways of working with "informed buyers" within Growth Engineering, Project Execution and Procurement partners throughout the project lifecycle; design and implement effective, efficient and flexible processes (and CI/ digitalization) Ensure compliance with the "external workforce" procurement policy and implement measures to mitigate risks Contribute to a sustainable performance culture Actively contribute to a beyond zero culture in the team and department Your profile Degree-level education (Bachelor-, Master of Science degree or equivalent) in engineering, business administration or economics Experience in contractor management or procurement of engineering services (either technical or commercial side) for national and international projects of the power generation industry or the gas & oil industry Experience in project management, engineering processes and disciplines and/or asset operation & management is desirable Experience in technical contract management / risk (technical, commercial, administration, legal, etc.) is desirable Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills to establish and nurture sustainable partnerships within projects and with suppliers Track-record in driving process improvement (i.e. digitization) and cross-functional collaboration Willingness to travel (approx. 20%) Fluent English as a prerequisite, additional languages e.g. German welcome Your qualities At Uniper, we not only reward our employees with attractive salaries, an excellent company pension and health related benefits for their hard work and dedication to shaping the future energy transition.
