We are currently seeking a HR Administrative Assistant to join a well-established school in the Leeds area. This is a full-time role, offering £90 - £110 per day, with standard hours from 8.00 AM to 4.00 PM from Monday to Friday. The role is due to start after half term, with interviews taking place soon, so an active DBS is preferred.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting with day-to-day HR operations.
2. Manage staff records, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with school policies.
3. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews.
4. Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all pre-employment checks are completed and induction paperwork is processed.
5. Assist with payroll administration, ensuring accurate recording of attendance, leave, and overtime.
