Main duties of the job As a health care worker you will be expected to work within our dedicated multi-disciplinary teams and be fully involved in an individual's care from admission to discharge, assisting with patient hygiene and dressing, feeding, maintaining dignity and respect, keeping the environment clean and tidy and keeping good documentation. In addition our health care workers are expected to support the registered staff nurses in meeting the required targets both at local and national level.
