Salary Details: BS14-16 BAR 19-21 (currently £23,088 - £24,109 BAR £24,409 - £26,164 per annum)
This is a 6-point extended scale with annual incremental progression. Please note that progression beyond the bar is subject to an internal set of conditions. Starting salaries will be assessed in accordance with the College’s starting salaries matrix.

Working Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
We are ideally looking for one individual to undertake this role. However, consideration will be given to applicants seeking part-time, job-share arrangements.
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days annual leave (increasing to 32 days after 5 years of service), plus statutory bank holidays and College closure days per annum.
Qualifications: Applicants must hold a relevant minimum Level 2 qualification or have substantive office experience. A relevant Level 3/4 qualification is highly desirable.
We are seeking an experienced administrator with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Recent experience in minute-taking is desirable, as is a strong attention to detail and excellent grammar and spelling skills.
You should demonstrate initiative, possess an organised and structured approach to work, and have the ability to meet targets and deadlines. Flexibility, adaptability, and confidence in handling a variety of situations in a dynamic and evolving environment are essential.
The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to provide front-facing support to college staff, learners, and members of the public, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
This role is based on-site at the College in Haverfordwest. While the College has a flexible working policy, the nature of this role requires full-time attendance on the premises. Remote or home working cannot be accommodated.
