The high-performing Global Business Solutions Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting and insights, revenue planning, sales & client incentive & policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.
The Monetisation Strategy & Operations Manager will be joining the Planning, Policy and Analytics team within the Europe & Israel MSO team, based out of London. This role focuses on driving planning, projects and initiatives across Europe and Israel in order to support our business growth effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead strategy planning for our monetisation business to identify mid-to-long term business opportunities and set goals for the sales organisation.
2. Be the trusted partner of senior sales leadership and drive decision making with leadership and cross functional teams, including and not limited to Product, Data, CRM, Measurement, Marketing etc.
3. Identify and drive regional strategic initiatives end-to-end with cross functional teams collaboration to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
4. Surface business insights to leadership and recommend clear and actionable insights to drive business success. Engage and influence across the organisation to implement recommendations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in Management Consultancy, Corporate Strategy or Sales Planning & Operations roles.
2. Experience in solving complex business challenges end-to-end, from identifying problems to implementing solutions.
3. Experience in using data to create compelling stories that communicate key messages across the organisation and to influence various levels of management decision making.
4. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills.
5. Fast learner, ability to independently multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
6. Experience working cross-functionally with various internal teams, including Finance, Sales, Systems, and Product.
7. Self-starter and execution mindset, capable of delivering on changes with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL is a plus.
2. Experience in working for fast-paced / internet companies, especially in digital advertising, is desirable but not essential.
