What The Role Is
This role is for a Product Designer who is excited to join an innovative, fast-paced team as a Senior Product Designer, taking full ownership of design solutions. This position is perfect if you're ready to lead the design process from research to launch, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.
* Lead Feature Research: Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and data gathering to deeply understand our users' needs and shape new features.
* Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ideate and build innovative features that align with business goals.
* Drive the Full Design Process: Own the end-to-end design journey, from concept to launch, ensuring each step is intentional and impactful.
* Design with Agility: Be ready to iterate on designs and deliver quick, high-quality iterations.
* Communicate Design Decisions: Present your design rationale clearly and confidently, exploring multiple solutions and adapting based on feedback.
Requirements
Hybrid, Old Street, LDN
We operate a hybrid model with 2 days a week in office, Mondays and Thursdays.
Salary - £70,000 - £80,000
You Have
* Customer Research Expertise: To uncover real user needs and ensure designs solve the right problems.
* User Journey Mapping: To create experiences that help users smoothly achieve their goals.
* High fidelity designs: To contribute to product strategy and direction through designs.
* Prototyping: To translate insights into thoughtful, user-centered designs quickly and efficiently.
You Are
* Pragmatic: To balance creativity with practicality, adapting designs to tight timelines and evolving requirements.
* Empathetic: To understand and champion user needs and work collaboratively with colleagues.
* Autonomous: To confidently own and drive the design process from start to finish.
* Communicative: To facilitate workshops and clearly convey design rationale to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
Interview Process
Throughout the interview process, you will be assessed directly inline with the requirements above.
1. One-sided video interview with an introduction from Jess, Design Lead. (15 mins)
2. Phone call with Bel, Talent Lead (5 minutes)
3. Interview with Joe, Senior Product Designer & Gabi, Senior Product Manager (30mins)
4. Final In-person interview with Task with Luke, CEO & Founder, Jess, Design Lead, Han, Product Designer & One of our delightful Engineers, (1 hour)
