Vacancy: Technical Authority Cyber/OT

As the Cyber Engineering Lead you will be responsible for driving the development of the Cyber Security capability with all manufacturing operational environments across JM.
You will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholder groups, supporting design and delivery of technical and organisational security controls while ensuring future developments are secure by design, maintaining compliance to relevant legislation, regulations and certifications.
Your responsibilities:
1. The OT Cyber Engineering Lead will ensure that current and future developments within operational environments incorporate secure by design principles and pursue risk-driven prioritisation for improvement activities.
2. To promote consistency, simplicity and scalability within and across business areas and sites, to optimise the quality, cost and delivery of Cyber Security.
3. Establish business area/site risk action plans and to prioritise and monitor improvement activities.
4. Represent the Cyber Security perspective ensuring that Cyber Security considerations are incorporated into JM strategies and roadmaps.
5. Explore opportunities for cost efficiencies, standardisation and ways of working in Cyber Security across manufacturing environments.
6. Work with Business Area Cyber Champions and other stakeholders to capture common risk/opportunities that would benefit from a collective approach to problem solving and improvement, enabling investment decisions to address gaps and ensuring solutions are engineered into future design considerations across JM.
Requirements for the role:
1. Membership of a recognised and accredited engineering institution or prepared and capable of working towards it.
2. Knowledge of global standards and experience of working internationally.
3. Demonstrated experience in creating new standards and procedures which have been cascaded and are in use.
4. Experience in managing integration scope between field instrumentation, process control and safeguarding systems to meet process and process safety and Cyber requirements and effective user interfaces for operators.
5. Extensive experience of working in a professional business environment with broad industry knowledge of working in OT environments preferably manufacturing.
6. Extensive knowledge and experience of ICS systems e.g., SCADA, SIS, EMS, DCS or PLC.
