Warranty and Service Engineer (Telford)

The role
There’s a lot to love about working at Victory, especially if you work in our brilliant Quality & Customer Experience team. As a Warranty and Service Engineer, you’ll be reporting to our Customer Relations and Warranty Manager to make sure our customers are happy with their home or lodge, providing the highest levels of workmanship, communication, and customer service. You’ll be our Victory ambassador in the Southwest and fundamental in developing relationships with our parks, dealers, and homeowners.
You’ll be expected to:
1. Use the weekly warranty plan to manage your workload each week.
2. Review the warranty plan and communicate with customers prior to each visit and once the work has been completed.
3. Collect and load parts and equipment before the start of each week.
4. Carry out work in line with the warranty job description and warranty schedule.
5. Manage the status of each warranty job via our online Customer Portal.
6. Complete an end of week report.
7. Maintain adequate stock levels for essential items.
8. Work closely with the Customer Experience team to report any issues in advance or while you’re working on a warranty job.
You’ll have:
* Experience in caravan repair and maintenance including:
o Fitting/repairing floors, roofs, doors, and windows
o General internal and external repairs
o General snagging
o Siting caravans
