The Role

Aa a Sales Consultant, you will be providing exceptional service to valued customers and engaging with visitors, understanding their unique needs, and leveraging your expertise to address inquiries.
Responsibilities:
1. Proactively prospecting, ensuring a consistent flow of potential leads.
2. Utilising your negotiation skills to convert leads into profitable sales, adhering to FCA guidelines.
3. Keeping customers informed at every stage, from initial contact to delivery, ensuring satisfaction.
4. Identifying and capitalising on upselling opportunities with a practical approach
5. Exceeding sales targets (with uncapped commission) and staying updated on latest products.
6. Collaborating effectively within a tight-knit team, thriving under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
7. Previously worked as a Sales Consultant or in a similar sales role.
8. Prior experience in retail vehicle sales sector.
9. Capable of achieving monthly sales targets.
10. Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
11. Sales experience would be beneficial.
12. Valid UK driving licence with less than 6 penalty points.
Shift:
13. Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
14. Saturdays (Rotational): 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
15. Sundays (currently being evaluated for closure to enhance work/life balance): 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
