Job Duties:
* Supporting teachers in delivering lessons and activities
* Assisting with classroom management and student supervision
* Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help
* Preparing materials and resources for lessons
* Assisting with the maintenance of a positive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Relevant experience working with children or young people
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:
Prior experience working with children or young people
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Patience and empathy when working with students
* Organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
The role involves working in a classroom setting within a school environment. The Teaching Assistant may need to assist with students who require additional support and adapt to different learning styles. The work hours are typically during school hours on weekdays.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
