HR Advisor 6 months contract Search is delighted to bring to the market and HR Advisor role with a leading global business based in Liverpool. The HR Advisor will contribute to the mission of supporting employees and driving organisational success. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices Reviewing and developing HR Policies Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee engagement. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Degree Qualification and CIPD Qualified Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
