About the Role As an Intranet Content Assistant, you’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative team focused on enabling seamless access to tools, resources, and knowledge for employees worldwide. Your responsibilities will include: Content Management : Reviewing, developing, and maintaining intranet content to ensure it’s accurate, engaging, and aligned with policies. Collaboration : Liaising with teams and stakeholders across the organization to design and deliver high-quality content that meets their needs. End-User Support : Responding to intranet-related queries and resolving issues efficiently. Training & Communication : Coordinating and supporting intranet training programs and contributing to communications to promote new tools and content. Team Operations : Assisting with team meetings, creating agendas, taking minutes, and supporting testing and reporting activities. About You We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is eager to make an impact.
