Your RoleWe are looking for a Property Services Administration Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our mission to create high-quality homes, support independence, and foster opportunities for individuals and communities. As a Property Services Administration Officer, you will provide effective and efficient financial and administrative support to the Property Services department using financial systems (Integra), Housing Management systems (QLx), word processing, spreadsheets, Documotive and the asset management system to ensure the smooth running of all Property Services administration.What We Are Looking ForYou will need to be a flexible and committed team player, focused on providing support to the Property Services department and have a willingness to learn new skills. Due to the cross-functional nature of our team, strong communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering excellent services is essential.
