Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen within NTW Solutions Limited for the role of Administration Officer.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 04:00 pm.

Main Duties of the Job
The post holder will provide administrative support to the estates department. The position will be predominantly based at St Nicholas Hospital, Gosforth. The main responsibilities of the role include:
1. Answering calls
2. Logging work on the CAFM system
3. Taking minutes
4. Using the Oracle purchase order system

Person Specification
Knowledge and Skills
* Good basic keyboard skills and a sound working knowledge of software packages, e.g., Backtraq, Microsoft Outlook, databases/spreadsheets.
* Ability to work accurately with figures.
* Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
* Willingness to work as part of a team.
* Able to follow agreed procedures.
* Able to pay attention to detail.
* Must be able to meet the mobility requirements of the post.
Experience
* Ability to use Microsoft.
* Experience of delivering training in your discipline.
Qualifications
* General secondary education.
