Our long standing clients are on the lookout for a Bid Coordinator to join their team in their central Leeds office. This key role involves overseeing the bid process from identifying opportunities to submission, while providing valuable support to bid team members and stakeholders. Additionally, you will assist with various document control processes, procedures, and initiatives across the business. Our client is an established, award-winning multidisciplinary practice, bringing together a diverse team of Architects, Building Consultants, Heritage Specialists, and Interior Designers. Operating across the UK with dedicated studios in Leeds, London, and Skipton, they have built a reputation for excellence. With a team of over 70 skilled professionals, they have successfully delivered over 10,000 projects across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, education, energy, healthcare, hospitality, leisure, industrial, residential, and retail. The successful candidate will play a key part in facilitating the bidding processes on a variety of projects across the country. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full bid process, including the creation of bid content Coordinate the production of bids and prequalification questionnaires, ensuring client documentation, deadlines, and submission requirements are understood and met Organize bid meetings, liaise with stakeholders, and distribute relevant bid information to the team Ensure clarification questions are submitted promptly and responses communicated effectively, with follow-up meetings arranged when needed Consolidate contributions into the required bid format Maintain high standards of written communication and strong interpersonal skills Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in line with conflicting deadlinesKey Skills and Requirements: Strong team player with the ability to build effective internal relationships Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) and general IT skills Ability to work under pressure, maintaining accuracy and focus throughout to meet critical deadline requirements.On offer Salary from £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience and qualifications Hybrid working policy - 3-2 split Flexible working hours Host of well being incentives Generous company benefitsIf you are highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with experience in the Architectural field of the Bidding processes, Click to apply or call Jimmy Penrose at Conrad Consulting to discuss the role further
