Were looking for aPowder Coating Operativeto set up and run our powder coating line, ensuring high-quality production and smooth operation. Working alongside thePowder Coating Supervisor, youll be responsible for machine setup, quality checks, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
What Youll Do:
Operate and adjust powder coating machines
Perform quality checks to maintain production standards
Follow health & safety procedures and standard operations
Support process improvements and preventative maintenance
What Youll Need:
Experience in powder coating or paint shop operations
Ability to read technical drawings and enter data accurately
Strong attention to detail and physical stamina
