Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the company, providing exceptional and professional service.
* Manage and update service schedules, ensuring customers receive timely reminders.
* Keep customer and vehicle records up to date and accurate at all times.
* Coordinate PSV appointments and ensure they are scheduled efficiently.
* Generate and distribute job cards for the workshop, track vehicle progress, and assist with invoicing.
* Handle outbound sales and customer service calls to foster strong client relationships.
* Create and promote maintenance contract proposals to clients.
* Collaborate with the Workshop Supervisor to ensure the smooth planning of tasks and maintain profitability.
* Inform clients of any additional services required and provide detailed quotations for approval.
* Clearly explain completed work to clients and arrange for vehicle collection or delivery.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a similar industry.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* A valid full UK driving license is required.
