This is a full time Permanent post 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday in Belfast with the option of Hybrid working after training is completed. About the Role: In this role, you'll support customers who have fallen behind on their payments. You'll learn how to assess financial situations, handle sensitive conversations, and help customers find manageable solutions. Full training will be provided, along with ongoing support to help you build your confidence and develop key skills. The Role Speaking to customers by phone to understand their payment difficulties. Recording information clearly and accurately in our case management system. Assisting with setting up payment plans based on individual circumstances. Escalating complex or vulnerable cases to senior team members. Working with internal teams to ensure customer accounts are managed fairly and efficiently. Desirable Criteria: Great communication skills and a friendly, professional approach Ability to stay calm and patient, even in challenging situations Willingness to learn and develop new skills IT skills (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM systems) Previous experience in a customer service or admin role.
