They boast numerous sites across the UK and due to continual growth are looking for someone to join their team and take the role forward.
In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day management of the service department ensuring the highest standards of care while mentoring and leading a dedicated team. You will play a pivotal role in managing compliance, safeguarding, recruitment, and staff training, as you oversee a team across 4 offices - Stoke, Stafford, Telford and Crewe.
