Responsibilities:
- Setting up emergency accommodation placements, completing Housing Benefit forms, and rent accounts.
- Provide advice & support in response to customer queries as well as help them access services
- Maintain awareness of service standards, developments and other issues
- Maintain computer records
- Check and record invoices
Skills:
- Good IT Proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal & communication
- Proven written and numeracy skills
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS
- An NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience in a housing or related environment.
Hours - Monday to Friday / 9am - 5pm
Duration - 2.5 months
