Hybrid Working | New Build Conveyancing Assistant | Liverpool | £24,000 plus bonuses
Are you actively seeking a new Conveyancing opportunity?
A forward-thinking, expanding Law firm based in the North West is recruiting for a New Build Conveyancing Assistant to join their successful property team.
The Role
In this role, you will work alongside a Newbuild Team Manager assisting predominantly with New build files from start to finish, including sale and purchase, shared ownership, and help to buy conveyancing transactions from inception post-exchange and completion.
Typical duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Preparing required documentation as needed for the conveyancing process.
2. Meeting clients face to face.
3. Liaising with third parties over the telephone.
4. Preparing completion packs for the accounts department, including completion statements and invoices.
This is a full-time permanent position with a salary bracket of £18,000 to £24,000 depending on experience level, alongside a pool of benefits:

You
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 12 months of solid experience working within Conveyancing and have a strong understanding of the conveyancing process.
Alongside the knowledge and experience, you should possess:
1. Attentive administrative skills.
2. Excellent attention to detail.
3. Professional telephone manner.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Experience using a case management system (Proclaim would be advantageous).
