Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough building surveys and create detailed reports.
* Advise clients on property matters, including maintenance, repairs, and compliance.
* Effectively manage projects, budgets, and schedules.
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
* Utilize AutoCAD and other software tools for accurate design and documentation.
Requirements:
* Degree in Building Surveying or working towards it (essential).
* RICS Member or currently working towards membership.
* Strong communication and time management skills.
* Proficient in IT, including AutoCAD and other relevant tools.
* UK driving license and willingness to travel.
* Enhanced DBS Check (required).
