This trust doctor post in Anaesthesia and ITU is available from August 2025 for 12 months. The successful candidate will work on our on call rotas covering Cepod, Delivery Suite and Intensive care and there will be an opportunity to work in all areas of clinical anaesthesia during this post. The duties of the post meet the requirements of the CT1 Equivalent posts as detailed by the Royal College of Anaesthetists. The 2021 RCoA Anaesthetics curriculum will be followed. The duties will include pre, per and post-operative management of surgical patients, assisting with care of the patients on the ICU,and provision of assistance with resuscitation calls. This post will offer training opportunities as per the Royal College of Anaesthetists training guidance.
