As our Internal Communications and Engagement Manager, you will be at the heart of our efforts to connect, inform, and inspire our employees across the globe. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to support our business communication needs, ensuring that our messages are clear, consistent, and on brand. Your role will involve the day-to-day management of our internal communications channels, including our company intranet and social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Glassdoor. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Marketing department to align all communications with our brand guidelines and deliver engaging events that foster strong employee connections. - Collaborate with the People Team to develop and execute innovative internal communication and engagement plans. - Lead the planning, creation, and promotion of company-wide initiatives, events, and campaigns aligned with our global communications calendar. - Craft a variety of communication materials for email, intranet, social media, and posters, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and engagement objectives. - Own and execute social media strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and Glassdoor. - Act as the primary contact for the company intranet, managing content, creating new pages, providing weekly content roundups, and measuring engagement. - Gather and analyse data to assess the effectiveness of communication channels. - Coordinate with stakeholders to organise impactful employee events. - Provide communications support to the broader People Team, enhancing our internal communications efforts. - A strong understanding of media relations and digital media strategies. - Proficiency in MS Office and design software, such as Adobe, Canva, and Biteable. - Demonstrated expertise in event planning and project management. - Adaptable and eager to learn new skills, using initiative to find solutions. - A creative flair with a solid grasp of visual design principles. - Excellent written English skills, with a keen eye for detail and organisation. - An energetic, people-oriented individual, confident in engaging and motivating peers in people initiatives.
