We are seeking two dynamic and dedicated Team Leaders to join our growing team and make a real difference in the lives of those we support.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage your team out in the field.
2. Conduct supervisions and oversee team performance.
3. Create and implement new care plans and ensure existing care plans are regularly updated.
4. Carry out risk assessments and regular care reviews.
5. Provide support and guidance to your team, ensuring they feel valued and motivated.
6. Perform spot checks to maintain high standards of care.
Requirements:
1. Hold an NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
2. Be trained in administering medication.
3. Be flexible to work Monday to Sunday as required.
4. Possess a full driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
This role is open to candidates who are passionate about leadership and delivering exceptional care.
Salary & Agreement:
1. £25,000 per annum
2. This is a temp-to-perm position, with an initial 13-week period through our agency before transferring to a permanent contract.
