Role Overview
The Rural Assistant role in Peterborough is an exciting opportunity to join the Estate Management & Consultancy teams. As a Rural Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to a diverse and multi-disciplined team. This role requires a strong administrator with a proven track record and the ability to work with varied and very busy teams.
Key responsibilities include:
* Creating opportunities, instructions, and fee quotes on Dynamics CRM and VWS (Valuation Workflow System).
* Writing correspondence, including drafting rent review letters.
* Maintaining and adding contacts to Dynamics CRM.
* Running fee forecast reports and producing monthly/quarterly invoices.
* Arranging property inspections and liaising with contractors.
* Completing due diligence checks such as Land Registry searches and environmental checks.
* Formatting inspection photographs and maintaining valuation details on VWS.

Savills Estate Management & Consultancy teams provide advice on rural estate management and valuations for all purposes. Our clients range from charitable organisations to private individuals. The team comprises 7 surveyors, 2 graduates as well as an apprentice and 2 support staff.
The wider Rural division operates across the UK, with a network of 37 offices and several estate offices from Inverness in the North to Truro in the South-West
