EYFS Phase Leader - Brent - September 2025 \n\nA high-performing Primary School in Brent, North West London is searching for an EYFS Phase Leader to join their team in September on a permanent contract.\n\nThe school is very academically focused, perhaps not to every teachers liking, however they achieve exceptional results across the board every year for the past five years, including 95%+ GLD.\n\nChildren still access a creative, well-thought curriculum, however they are taught with clear structure and excellent behaviour management strategies to ensure outcomes are achieved, with the child always at the forefront. Better yet, children benefit from a purpose-built, modern, well-equipped school with all the bells and whistles, including fantastic EYP's and TA's.\n\nThe Headteacher is looking for a strong, accomplished EYFS Teacher who can confidently join as their EYFS Phase Leader, leading two Nursery classes and three Reception classes.
