We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Design and Technical Co-ordinator to join our Design and Quality team within our Development Directorate. In this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues, contractors, and external stakeholders to maintain accurate project data and support the delivery of homes that meet Paradigm’s high standards for safety, quality, and sustainability. You’ll play a key role in ensuring all asset data is accurate, complete, and readily accessible, supporting smooth project transitions from build to operational use. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and operate information systems, ensuring accurate and timely data reporting. Liaise with project teams and external stakeholders to gather and process scheme information, particularly in compliance, safety, and utilities. Assist with technical reviews, project risk registers, and trackers. Support the development of internal design standards and compliance documentation. Provide administrative support, including organising and attending meetings, minuting, and assisting with cross departmental activities. What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Experience in the construction or housing sector is essential, along with technical knowledge of design and build processes. If you’re familiar with building regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices, we’d love to hear from you. Key skills and experience include: Experience in construction, housebuilding, or residential development. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems. Knowledge of design and construction processes, Building Regulations, and compliance requirements (advantageous). A team player with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. A full driving licence and willingness to travel to sites is preferable, yet not essential.
