Summary:
The Programming & Events (P&E) Manager will lead the creation and execution of dynamic programming initiatives and collaborations for Roco in Liverpool (80% focus) while providing strategic support for events and programming across the broader LWX portfolio (20% focus).
This role requires close collaboration with Operations, social media, Brand, and Marketing teams to coordinate, promote, and execute engaging events. The P&E Manager will actively develop collaborations with local talent, businesses, and brands, crafting innovative content and event concepts that align with LIVINGWAY’s brand narratives and strategic partnerships.
Additionally, the P&E Manager will oversee and enhance membership and short-stay apartment rental experiences, integrating content and optimizing its impact on the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Roco (Liverpool) – 80% Focus
Programming & Event Creation:
* Design and execute an engaging calendar of events, including:
* Fitness & wellness activities
* Social gatherings
* Arts & culture events
* Nutrition, health & beauty workshops
* Educational & personal growth workshops
* Culinary & food experiences
* Develop themed weekly programs combining the above, such as:
* Get Fit Week
* Learn How to Cook Healthy
* Juice Cleanse Programs
* Personal Growth & Habit-Changing Workshops
Community Engagement & Partnerships:
* Establish and nurture relationships with local businesses, artists, wellness experts, and brands to deliver authentic event experiences.
* Actively engage tenants and members as contributors to the programming through surveys, relationship-building, and digital app engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth event logistics and execution.
* Partner with social media and Brand teams to create compelling marketing and promotional campaigns for events and community engagement.
* Coordinate with Marketing to leverage programming initiatives for short-stay apartment bookings and tenant retention.
Short-Stay Apartment experience management:
* Oversee the physical & digital platform experience, creating content for campaigns that highlight short-stay apartment offerings and experience.
* Optimise the platform to connect short-stay guests with curated local events and community activities.
Expanding the Membership Platform:
* Pilot and expand a membership program for the building’s co-working space, gym, and wellness amenities.
* Develop innovative activations & engagement strategies to increase membership sign-ups and retention.
2. LWX Portfolio (Broader LWX Portfolio) – 20% Focus
Strategic Support for Programming:
* Develop scalable event concepts and strategies for broader LWX properties, including:
* Running clubs
* Yoga & HIIT sessions
* Wine & art nights
* Themed dinners
* Game nights
* Integrate tenant-driven initiatives into LWX-wide marketing campaigns.
Portfolio-Wide Collaborations:
* Work with social media, Brand, and Marketing teams to promote key programming initiatives across all properties.
* Assist in the execution of portfolio-wide events, such as seasonal campaigns and competitions.
Qualifications:
Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience:
* Proven experience in programming, event planning, or community management.
* Strong background in collaborating with local talent, brands, and businesses.
* Experience working with Social Media and Marketing teams to promote events.
* Familiarity with hospitality, wellness, fitness, entertainment, real estate, or membership-based communities (preferred).
