We have recently reshaped our talent acquisition team and are seeking to recruit a TA Administrator to ensure candidates have an exceptional experience and to provide consistent and efficient processes for the team. This role will be pivotal to our success; you will be responsible for scheduling interviews, screening candidates over the phone, conducting and monitoring compliance requirements including background checks, contract generation and supporting report compilation.
Your new role
* Complete administrative duties to support full recruitment cycle
* Support talent acquisition team by screening candidates, scheduling interviews and conducting phone screens as needed
* Amend records as needed by utilising established guidelines to ensure accuracy, data integrity and legal compliance
* General administration duties including invoicing
* Contribute to consistent process application by sharing knowledge, collaborating with peers
* Provide support and training end users to ensure understanding of process and systems
* Conduct audits of recruitment files and conduct/communicate necessary changes and actions items to ensure data accuracy and influence application of established processes
Environmental Awareness/Customer Focus
* Maintain a customer-centric focus ensuring candidate and hiring manager satisfaction is front of mind
Technical Performance
* Act as a Workday super user, providing technical support and running UAT as required during any upgrade or process change

* Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Administrative procedures and related systems, preferably in a recruitment environment
