This role is ideal for someone with strong sales and relationship-building skill s who is passionate about driving growth in a B2B legal services environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with estate planners, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. SKILLS ,EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within legal services, estate planning, financial services, or a related sector. Strong understanding of estate planning and related service s (essential). Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and relationship managemen t. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to travel for client meetings and i ndustry events when required. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong ability to identify opportunities for growth. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and develop new business opportunities within the estate planning and will-writing sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Present and promote TrustDocs services, showcasing the value and benefits of our solicitor-backed legal documents and training. Attend industry training sessions organised by TrustDocs and other events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the companys presence. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies. Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the companys growth and expansion.
