Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry in the system.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls efficiently.
