This role supports older people with Complex dementia needs, that live at the home or come and stay on a short-term basis. Interested and thinking about applying? You will be supported to do the right training, with the right support and gain the relevant understanding knowledge and skills for the role. You will receive a thorough & paid induction that includes working alongside others within the team who will help you learn about the role. You will receive regular supervision and guidance to help you along the way, offering you support and encouragement in your new role. Other benefits include the Excellent rate of pay with attached enhancements for weekend evening and bank holiday working, as well as an Excellent annual leave entitlement. You will have a shifts pattern, covering mornings/afternoons/evenings, weekends & bank holidays, that are equally shared amongst the team, and you will have a 28-hour contract.
